Position Overview
Are you passionate about helping people live independently in a safe and supportive environment? At Stonewater, we are looking for a proactive and caring individual to join us at Brannigan Court, a welcoming retirement living scheme in the heart of Northway, Tewkesbury.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day‑to‑day operations and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
* Take ownership of essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety and the warden call system, ensuring compliance standards are met and high levels of service are delivered.
* Identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and take appropriate action to prioritize residents’ wellbeing.
* Record and maintain accurate logs of tasks, incidents and maintenance activities.
* Act as a liaison between residents, staff, contractors and external agencies, communicating clearly and effectively.
* Respond to resident feedback and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
* Experience in housing or customer‑facing roles.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new systems.
* Excellent record‑keeping and attention to detail.
* Self‑starter with great organisational skills and a passion for helping others.
* Clear communicator who works well with residents, colleagues, contractors and external agencies.
* Practical problem‑solver who delivers high‑quality work and meets deadlines.
* Pride in delivering excellent customer service, including resolving feedback and complaints.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
