My client is recruiting for a skilled and proactive, planned preventative maintenance administrator to join their team in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large global organisation.
Your new role
1. Schedule planned preventative maintenance
2. Booking in engineers throughout the day
3. Processing quotes and PPM related works
4. Processing RAMS/ Permits
5. Tracking and updating trackers
6. Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLA'S
7. Ensurepliance with health and safety standards andpany procedures.
8. Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
9. Ensure customerplaints are escalated
10. Provide exceptional customer service and represent thepany professionally
What you'll need to succeed
11. Ability to work on your own without supervision
12. Organisational Skill
13. Good numeracy skills
14. Flexible, Dynamic, Adaptable with a can-do attitude
15. Knowledge of CRM Systems
16. Ability to work to deadlines. This may require working later than the given working hours to ensure that customer requirements arepleted.
17. Experience in administrative work and enthusiasm for customer service
18. Organisational skills
19. A sharp eye for detail
20. Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Excel and Word
