Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We are looking for a Children's Support Worker to work with our young clients in Eastbourne.
When you'll be working:
1. Bank cover initially for regular team shifts, with hours potentially increasing to permanent shifts in future.
2. Eastbourne shifts: Mon-Fri evenings (4pm-8pm), Saturday (8am-3pm), Sunday (9am-4pm).
3. Hailsham shifts: Mon-Fri mornings (6.30am-8am), after school on Mon and Fri (3.30pm-6.30pm), Saturday (9.30am-6pm).
What you'll be doing:
This role involves working across two children's care packages in Eastbourne and Hailsham, supporting clients with complex health needs who live at home with their families.
You will be covering shifts for our regular team members when they are off. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
