We're on the lookout for a caring, down-to-earth Support Worker to assist a sociable and independent client with muscular dystrophy both at home and out in the community.

What you'll be working:
* Weekdays - 8am - 6pm
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts if needed - 11am - 9pm (this may vary depending on clients weekend plans)
