This position is ideal for a marketing graduate with a one-year placement minimum or an early-career marketer with 6-12 months' experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Email marketing campaigns: creating content, capturing leads, reporting on results, and conducting ongoing research to optimise performance
* Social media management and content creation, particularly video content
* Website management and SEO support
* Candidate attraction and employer branding campaigns
* Event planning and coordination
* Sales collateral and presentation support
* Marketing reporting and analytics
* Market research and competitor analysis
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Website traffic and content interaction
* Candidate applications and jobs generated
* Campaign delivery and quality
Annual Objectives
* Build MCS brand awareness across key talent and client markets
* Support candidate attraction campaigns across all MCS verticals
