Are you a dynamic Senior Architect/Senior Architectural Designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of global projects? We are looking for a Senior Architect/Senior Architectural Designer with Hospitality experience and expertise in hotel design and planning to join our London studio and be a part of our exciting, growing hospitality team on a permanent basis.
What We Are Looking For
* Present as a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
* Hospitality experience (hotel design and planning) required.
* Degree in related design field or equivalent certification or skill level; professional registration or equivalent is preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in the design and/or delivery of mixed-use developments either in the UK or internationally.
* Advanced capability in both Rhino and Revit is essential. Grasshopper would be advantageous.
* Strong modelling capability and experience with AI image generation.
* Proficiency in scripting or visual programming tools such as Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo, or Python for design automation and optimisation.
* Proficiency with computer applications commonly used such as Adobe Suite.
* Ability to work both collaboratively, and with autonomy as required.
* Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design Expertise
* Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
* Proven capability in hotel design and planning from hotel feasibility to detailed design stages.
Project Delivery
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
* Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed design and technical skills.
* Manage and co‑coordinate with consultants on the relevant stages of the project.
Team Membership
* Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
* Support company‑wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
Client Relationships
* Respond positively towards clients and consultants.
* Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.
Budget Control
* Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
