Job Description
Lead the Fitness Standard
* Act as a visible ambassador for fitness across the Everlast Gyms estate
* Set, embed, and maintain elite coaching standards aligned to the Everlast brand
* Ensure consistent delivery of group training, PT, and fitness experiences across all clubs
Drive Commercial Performance
* Own and drive the commercial success of the fitness product across your region
* Support clubs to maximise PT revenue, group training utilisation, and engagement
* Use data, insight, and KPIs to influence performance and challenge underperformance
Develop High-Performing Teams
* Recruit, train, develop, and retain Head Coaches, Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and class instructors
* Support General Managers and Area Managers through onsite and remote coaching
* Build strong pipelines of talent and future fitness leaders
Deliver Elevated Fitness Experiences
* Lead regional workouts, launches, and events across the Frasers Group estate
* Drive group training engagement through innovative programming and activation
* Ensure fitness environments are professional, safe, engaging, and on-brand
Execute with Precision
* Lead the rollout of new fitness products and initiatives
* Partner with Learning & Development to evolve training materials and delivery methods
* Maintain brand standards in line with the Everlast brand book across all clubs
Qualifications
* Level 3 fitness qualification (or equivalent) – essential
* Proven experience delivering a wide range of group training concepts
* Strong knowledge of both boutique fitness and large-scale gym operations
* Experience leading and developing teams of PTs and freelance coaches
* Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of fitness revenue models
* Confident, influential communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* A passion for health, fitness, and coaching excellence
* Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous development
* Flexibility to travel extensively and work varied hours to meet business needs
