Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND through differentiated tasks, structured learning approaches, and focused interventions. Monitor, assess, and document pupil progress to inform future planning and communicate effectively with parents and relevant stakeholders. Promote a positive and well-managed classroom environment by implementing consistent and effective behaviour strategies. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, families, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for every pupil. Lead or contribute to curriculum development and whole-school improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and best practice. Uphold high professional standards, actively participate in school life, and engage in continuous professional learning. · The ideal candidate will: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
