Responsibilities
* Drive the growth of the Cheestrings & Ficello brands to achieve competitive advantage, profitable growth, increase in brand value, and maximum return on investment for Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods.
* Be open-minded and flexible, working across a broad range of responsibilities including above- and below-the-line activations, managing an NPD and innovation pipeline, briefing and managing external agencies, and developing and executing brand plans.
* Lead across the full marketing mix with a strong understanding of the German market and insights into German and French families.
* Collaborate across teams in a fast, agile environment; own and drive execution and in-market activation from day one.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and digital-savvy innovation.
* Be based in the Staines office 2 days a week.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our team and drive our brand in Europe (key focus being Germany). The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Working in Brand Management here at Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods will push you to lead execution and in-market activation from day one. This is a very entrepreneurial environment, so you need to like working at a fast pace. This position is perfect for someone who\'s a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and digitally-savvy innovator.
Reporting directly into the Head of Core Brands and Business, the Senior Brand Manager will work within a cross-functional team to maximise our potential within Europe. Germany will be the main focus but there are other markets which will require support too, including France.
