The role involves:
* Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times
* Securing and exceeding store sales
* Training and developing the team through feedback
* Scheduling according to operational needs
* Building strong customer relationships to continue growth
* Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
* Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
