We are proud to be working in partnership with a market-leading innovator in surgical visualisation solutions to recruit a Territory Sales Representative for a newly established North West London territory.
This is a pivotal role offering the chance to build on existing NHS and private sector accounts while driving substantial growth across the region. As a Surgical Endoscopy Visualisation Representative, you will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of advanced capital equipment and consumables designed to enhance clinical outcomes. Working in close partnership with surgical teams, you will lead product evaluations, provide in-theatre demonstrations, and act as a key advisor on product performance and patient benefit.
Your remit will include both account development and new business acquisition, ensuring consistent growth across your territory. With a solutions-focused mindset, you'll collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver technical insight and drive the adoption of high-performance surgical technology.
Key Duties
* Sales & Promotion: Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling innovative endoscopy visualisation products to key decision-makers and clinical stakeholders.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing post-sale support and expert guidance on product usage.
* In-Theatre Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations in surgical settings, ensuring optimal usage and clinical confidence.
* New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and territory penetration.
* Product Training: Provide comprehensive product education and training to surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital personnel.
* Territory Management: Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholdersincluding marketing, logistics, and clinical supportto ensure seamless service delivery.
* Post-Sales Engagement: Conduct follow-up visits to support product integration, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
* Commercial Negotiations: Lead pricing discussions and support the negotiation of contract terms with procurement and hospital management.

Key Skills and Qualifications
