We are now recruiting for our 2026 season across various hospitality roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire‑based holiday park. Join our large team of hospitality professionals today.
We operate a range of venues including the Spitfire Bar and Restaurant, Tattershall Park Pub, Propeller Bar and Restaurant, and Outdoor Catering.
Responsibilities
You will be working in the engine room of the kitchen to ensure guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.
* Working as part of a team you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking.
* Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
* Adhering to operational cleanliness and food hygiene.
* Supporting team members to help them be the best they can be.
* Working alongside the kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
* Helping when it is not your job, to support overall team performance.
Qualifications
* Genuinely want to create memorable meals.
* Experience of working in a team.
* Superb organisational skills.
* Experience of working in a kitchen.
