We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Planning Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile corporate, private, and stakeholder events. You’ll take ownership once events are confirmed, ensuring flawless delivery, strong client relationships, and consistent revenue growth through upselling and smart planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead planning of complex corporate, private, and high-profile events
2. Act as main client contact
3. Run planning meetings, site visits, tastings, and supplier coordination
4. Produce detailed, accurate briefs for operations teams
5. Drive up selling opportunities
6. Oversee CRM accuracy and event administration
7. Support invoicing, payments, and reducing aged debt
8. Co-lead weekly briefings and support event prioritisation
9. Mentor junior team members and support wider event team operations
About You
10. 3–5 years’ experience in event planning or venue event management
11. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
12. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
13. Confident managing multiple high-end events simultaneously
14. Experienced using CRM systems
15. Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
