HOURLY RATE: Up to £13.00 per hour
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 30 hours

THE ROLE: Office Angels are working with a local and well-established business who are seeking a Finance / Accounts Administrator to support their close-knit and welcoming team. You will be responsible for providing a variety of finance and administration support across the department, working closely with Finance Manager. This is a temporary role, starting immediately for at least 4 - 6 weeks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
8. Answering the telephone, transferring calls / relaying messages
9. Entering jobs onto Sage
10. Saving, and printing invoices
11. Approval process for purchase invoices
12. Reconciling supplier statements
13. Credit card statements
14. Sales invoice posting
15. Weekly timesheet processing
16. Vehicle maintenance
KEY SKILLS:
17. Prior finance experience
18. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
19. Able to prioritise workload
20. IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
21. High attention to detail and accuracy
