Job Opportunity
At Venture-People, we provide intensive, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex mental health needs in both outreach (community-based) and accommodation settings. You’ll work closely with a supportive Team Leader and have access to our in-house clinical team for guidance and training tailored to specific diagnoses and client needs.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver person-centred support in clients’ homes or supported living environments.
* Work flexibly and autonomously using detailed support plans.
* Adapt your approach to meet a wide range of mental health presentations.
* Promote recovery, independence, and confidence in every interaction.
Essential Skills
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Experience with mental health or similar complex needs.
* Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
* Compassion, courage, and kindness.
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Desired:
* Degree or training in Psychology or Health & Social Care.
* Experience with care plans and risk assessments.
* Car driver/owner.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office.
