We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Duties
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner
* Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately
* Perform data entry tasks on our IT logging system with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
* Utilise Microsoft Office for various clerical tasks
* Assist with required admin duties from the teams
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Experience
* Previous customer facing role experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with administrative or clerical experience
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
* The ability to work alone as the reception area is separate from the main office
* A good telephone manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of calls clearly and professionally
