Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge / Manager to lead their Aged Care Services Department, operating from a newly built, modern facility attached to an innovative new retail pharmacy.
This is a standout opportunity to join a team with more than 20 years of trusted partnerships with a number of aged care facilities—and a team that is now entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion utilising their new facilities and years of expertise and knowledge in aged care pharmacy services.
About the Role
As the Pharmacist in Charge / Manager for Aged Care Services, you will oversee all operational, clinical, and compliance functions within the department. You’ll lead a dedicated team, work closely with health professionals, and ensure high-quality medication management for aged care residents.

* Proven experience managing aged care pharmacy services
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with doctors, nursing home staff, and facility managers
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong capability in training and mentoring staff
