The Role:
Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
Manage and optimise existing production machinery or facility availability and efficiency with the framework of a total predictive, preventative and curative maintenance programs
Planning and developing systems to deliver maximum line/process efficiency including energy, plant services and utilities.The candidate
Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
Recognised apprenticeship qualification/degree or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
Leadership experience
