About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day running of Eden Coffee Shop, launching soon at the Chris Bryant Centre in Erdington.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team in preparing and serving high‑quality food and drinks.
* Maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented environment.
* Manage stock, place orders and handle deliveries.
* Support the Centre Manager with budgeting and reporting tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues when they arise.
Qualifications
* Confident working with people and leading a team.
* Organised and reliable, with a practical approach.
* Experienced in a similar food service or hospitality setting.
* Comfortable managing day‑to‑day operations, including health and safety and food hygiene.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary £25,350 per annum.
* 29 days annual leave including Bank Holidays plus an additional day after each year of completed service up to 5 days.
