Role Responsibilities
* Work with children and families requiring support under Child in Need or Child Protection
* Use a restorative strengths-based practice to help families create sustainable change
* Escalate cases into the PLO process where necessary to prevent court involvement wherever possible
* Produce court reports and hold cases through legal proceedings until final orders are made
* Provide continued statutory support for children in care, including those moving towards adoption
