Requirements:
* Experience working as a caretaker or in a professional maintenance/handyperson capacity.
* Good practical DIY skills and familiarity with using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
* Physically fit and capable of managing heavy lifting, working at heights, and outdoor seasonal duties.
* Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable with a proactive approach to troubleshooting site issues.
