Senior Therapeutic Radiographer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £47,000 per annum + £3,800 weighting allowance
The Role
* Deliver safe, accurate and compassionate radiotherapy treatments
* Take a lead role in day-to-day clinical operations
* Support, supervise and mentor junior radiographers and students
* Contribute to service improvement, quality assurance, and clinical governance
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

* Experienced in a senior or specialist radiotherapy role
* Confident in clinical decision‑making and leadership
