PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious client at Surrey. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive rates of pay ranging between £23.00 and £25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
* Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers – Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
* Pumps, motors
* Water Treatment
* BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
Requirements
* Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
* City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
* Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
* Good building services knowledge
