Were recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a respected engineering and fabrication company in Leicester, producing high-spec welded components for sectors including construction, rail, power, and agriculture.

Whats on Offer:

* Hourly Rate: Up to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 17:15 (4-day week)
* Location: Leicester (commutable from Hinckley, Wigston, Lutterworth, Blaby, Coalville)
* Contract: Permanent, full-time
* Overtime: Available and paid at an enhanced rate

MIG/TIG Welder Duties:

* Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel
* Working from technical drawings and fabrication diagrams
* Assembling and welding structural parts and fabricated components
* Maintaining weld quality and appearance to meet production standards
* Assisting with general fabrication tasks as needed
* Producing parts for batch runs (small to medium volume work)
