Assistant Governance Manager

The responsibilities of this position include:
* Organising Governance Meetings
* Maintaining Statutory Books and Entity Management
* Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
* Coordinating AGM and NED elections, and undertaking other ad-hoc projects
This role would be suitable for a CGI qualified candidate or finalist who enjoys working in a visible capacity. It requires the ability to foster excellent relationships at all levels within the business.
Key Skills and Qualities
* CGI qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
* Previous experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good customer service ethos
* High degree of discretion and professionalism
* Accountability and a willingness to take responsibility
* Attention to detail
* A flexible and can-do attitude
* Able to work well under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
