Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to help lead a childrens residential home in Nottingham. Whether youre already a Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior ready to step up, this is your chance to make a real difference in young peoples livesevery single day.

What youll be doing
* Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
* Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team
* Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
* Contributing to a therapeutic, child-centred model of care
* Stepping up to manage the home when required
* Playing an active role in shaping innovative approaches to care

What were looking for
* Minimum 2 years experience in a residential childrens home (Senior or Deputy level)
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding
* Experience with rotas and budgets
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
