Job Title: National Account Manager (Grocery)

We are seeking a National Account Manager (Grocery) to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive growth, shape our strategy, and make a significant impact across our retail partnerships.
This position focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs, and working together to unlock new opportunities. You will be at the forefront of these conversations, negotiating commercial terms, managing both branded and private label growth, and ensuring our products thrive on shelves. Daily activities include meeting customers, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, category, and supply chain to execute ideas effectively.
Regular travel is required to meet customers, visit stores, and gain firsthand market insights. Seeing the tangible impact of your work is highly rewarding and provides an excellent opportunity to develop industry connections.
Qualifications
We seek someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a successful track record in FMCG account management. Experience working with grocery retailers is preferred.
