Recruitment Researcher – Advanced Technology Markets
Location: Camberley, Surrey | 1dpw WFH | 4.5 day week
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + 20% Commission + 2.5–10% Kicker Bonus

The Role
You’ll work as a Researcher supporting senior consultants on retained, exclusive mandates across the US market.
* Mapping niche, high-value talent pools
* Engaging top-tier candidates in specialist markets
* Supporting delivery on retained searches (not contingent chaos)
* Building deep market knowledge in emerging tech sectors
