We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Sensors Division at our state-of-the-art facility by Bournemouth Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring LOB delivery status, proactive communication of schedule movement, and drive customer scorecard to best-in-class performance. Client Engagement & Presentations : Lead business review presentations for key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Collaborate with internal departments to provide detailed product information and ensure customer satisfaction. Executes voice of customer interviews, disseminates and actions customer feedback Maintains open actions and actively gets out in front of potential escalation points Sales Planning & Performance : Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals for the team. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to develop competitive pricing and discount strategies. Support Portfolio Pricing strategy maximizing legacy sales opportunities Collaboration & Coordination : Provide leadership to an existing team of Customer Service Specialists to ensure both customer and business requirements are met or exceeded. Act as a liaison between Account Management and other organisational departments to resolve issues and to streamline processes. Coordinate customer visits and regular business reviews Process Improvement : Define, document, and implement continual improvements in the account management processes. Maintain detailed records of customer activity, monitoring internal and external progress and reporting on results. Your Expertise: Bachelor’s degree required. 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of key account management, preferably in the aerospace industry. Familiarity with target markets and customer segments relevant to the company’s products. Proven ability to manage key accounts ranging from $5M to $20M. Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.
