Key Responsibilities:
* Process and check sales orders, ensuring all information is accurate
* Keep customers updated post-sale, answering queries and providing clear timelines
* Track deliveries and flag any delays early
* Prepare and issue invoices following successful delivery
* Act as a link between sales and operations to keep workflows efficient
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems
* Support the Head of Operations and wider team with day-to-day admin and projects
