The role
As a Sub Contract Manager, you’ll manage contracts with subcontractors to provide facilities management and catering services across three secured sites in the Southwest of England. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions.
Day to day, you’ll:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
2. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the subcontract, including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
3. Be accountable for the management of Facilities Management budget.
This position involves travel and working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Sub Contract Manager:
* Experience managing contractors.
* Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from apprentices to senior management.
* An adaptable, self-confident individual capable of navigating uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity to deliver continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the Sub Contract Manager:
* Driver's license; experience in contract management across multiple sites.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
