Job Description
What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas. We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes, including those with rehabilitation needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. Your duties may include supporting clients to go to work or college, assisting with personal tasks, household chores, engaging in hobbies, accompanying on day trips, or even planning holidays. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact. You’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone caring and compassionate, with excellent listening skills. Previous experience in tracheostomy care and managing challenging behaviours is essential. Don’t worry if you need a refresher — comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.
