seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our Night Team in the hospitality
sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have
a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. As a part of our Night Team, you will be
responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining cleanliness,
and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of our
establishment.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and
assist with luggage handling.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of
the lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
* Provide information about hotel
amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
* Assist guests with check-in and check-out
processes as needed.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and
inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Monitor the condition of the premises and
report any maintenance issues to management.
* Collaborate with other staff members to
ensure seamless service delivery.
* Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness,
safety, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or
hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong guest service skills with a focus
on creating positive experiences for visitors.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are
an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Excellent phone etiquette for handling
inquiries and reservations effectively.
* A proactive attitude towards
problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
