with solid digital transformation experience who will oversee the delivery and implementation of technology-driven change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals within the Retail industry.

Change Manager - Digital Transformation - Retail
Location: Nottinghamshire
Hybrid Working Model - 3 day on-site - 2 days working from home.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
* Delivering upon company wide digital transformation programme to modernise ways of working.
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies
* Preparing the business to absorb changes, helping teams to understand the benefits and minimise impact to BAU.
* Lead end-to-end transformation projects, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
* Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and propose innovative solutions.
* Lead and manage technology change projects from initiation to completion, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure all changes align with organisational goals and compliance standards.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
* Monitor risks and address challenges to ensure timely project delivery.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within technology processes.
