Account Manager, Global Entity Management Manchester Role Overview Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). Our Global Entity Management team sits within our Company Secretarial (Co-Sec) team, with teams based in the UK and Ireland consisting of 15 people. Together, the Co-Sec team is responsible for a wide range of governance and corporate administration work both on a local and international scale. We are recruiting an Account Manager to support multi-national clients with coordinating company secretarial requirements globally. This role focuses on: Client relationship management, building strong relationships with key stakeholders Understanding client requirements and proactively identifying opportunities to support and cross sell Leading a team of coordinators to ensure compliance with local regulations Leading onboarding, client set up and overseeing billing to ensure smooth delivery Mentoring junior colleagues and line management responsibilities Acting as the point of escalation for clients Supporting the Global Entity Management Director with business development, management of local network and ongoing development of Global Entity Management (GEM) function Play an active role in shaping team strategy and developing scalable, efficient processes Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
