This post is working Days The hours of work and shift patterns available are: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30 (Early 13:30 finish on Tuesday) The rate of pay is: £13.76 per hour Main Responsibilities: As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be: Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room. Training admin to support operational training. Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers. Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required Ideal Candidate: As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have: An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management Quality awareness Train the Trainer Health and Safety understanding The ability to motivate others and be patient Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused The ability to work in a fast paced environment An adaptable approach Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
