Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
* Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
* Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
