Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Customer Support Coordinator;
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, managing enquiries, and following up on leads.
6. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
