Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for a job opportunity covering domestic properties covering Slough.
This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi:
Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.
* Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
* Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Kitchen and Bathroom fitting in new and void properties
* Repairs to windows, doors and partitions
* Covering other basic trades including painting, decorating, minor plumbing etc
About you as the Carpenter Multi:
* Carpentry or Woodwork trade certificates (ideal)
* Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
* Organized, punctual, and dependable
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
