We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our QSR team. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that the store meets its sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience.
Duties
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage daily operations, including inventory management
* Supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
* Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports and stock levels.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
* Utilise strong communication skills to engage with customers and resolve any issues effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience in QSR management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient communication and leadership skills.
