Job Description
I am currently looking for a Commercial Manager to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor in a role which offers hybrid working and overseeing projects within a brand new AMP 8 framework which will be able to offer continuity and resource for years to come which could be key to progression. This role will be based between Lincoln and Norfolk areas in this hybrid set up and allow you to develop and manage a commercial team.

What will you be responsible for?
1. Leadership of the commercial function of respected projects and commercial team
2. Implementing commercial strategy to deliver successful commercial outcomes - Inclusive of budget management and risk management
3. To maintain and sustain the collaborative environment to enable all staff to carry out their work in line with the IOS vision
4. Ensure appropriate commercial resourcing, capacity and capability against varying work volume demand
5. To support and be accountable to the Framework Manager for delivery of agreed programme commercial targets ensuring a robust monthly framework/ contract review process is in place
The ideal candidate:
-To have had extensive experience running civils projects (water highly preferred )
-To have managed a team of quantity surveyors previously
-Degree in Quantity Surveying with Chartership status highly preferred
-Previous experience working at a high level with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
-To have Extensive NEC experience
