* Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and accountability.
* Highly organised, capable of managing projects, events and multiple workstreams.
* High ambition and passion for creating social impact, with experience in corporate social responsibility, volunteering or community engagement.
* Proven experience managing volunteering programmes and collaborating with organisations, local communities or authorities to deliver impactful engagement.
* Strategic mindset, experience in designing and delivering engaging programmes.

* Salary: £47,000 – £57,000 depending on experience and capability.
* Bonus based on company performance.
* 26 days of annual leave (standard).
* Competitive contributory pension scheme; NESO will double match your contribution up to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
