Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. Location: Belfast. Duration: Permanent. Pay Rate: £26,692 per annum. Hours of work: 30 hours per week.
The role involves coordinating and delivering a range of complementary therapies across RFJ support centres and online to victims and survivors of conflict, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms. Responsibilities include training and supervising sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards, maintaining governance and data protection, creating a safe environment, developing policies, managing data systems, liaising with staff, reporting, monitoring, producing informational materials, and maintaining records.
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in complementary therapy, project management, understanding of conflict legacy and trauma, research experience, knowledge of NGO governance, gender harms, CPD in trauma, communication skills, and ability to travel.
