The role
Based at our Hybrid / Headington campus and reporting to the UK Partnerships Manager, the College Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the operational success and integration of the University’s Associate College Partnership (ACP) network. The post-holder is responsible for leading the day-to-day administrative frameworks and coordination efforts that allow these diverse partnerships to thrive. This fixed-term 18-month role functions as a specialist point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partner colleges, contributing to partnership business development and aligning all activities with the University’s ambition to broaden access to Higher Education.

About the team
The role sits within the Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement Directorate. This team is focused on ensuring the successful recruitment and engagement of students and partners, including managing the University's Associate College Partnership (ACP) network. You will work closely with the Head of UK Partnership and Apprenticeships, UK Partnerships Manager, and staff at partner colleges to ensure a seamless flow of information and high-level service delivery.

What will I be doing?
● Represent the university as a key point of contact for partner colleges, proactively maintaining external relationships and providing guidance on complex operational issues.
● Act as a key point of contact for academic and professional services staff across Oxford Brookes, providing expert advice and navigating internal systems.
● Function as the secretary for key steering groups and partnership meetings, utilising digital tools for efficient minute-taking and synthesis of meeting outcomes.
● Manage the end-to-end affiliate staff application process, including the secure management of personal data and liaison with internal departments.
● Support the UK Partnerships Manager in the planning and delivery of the annual ACP Conference and other events, taking operational responsibility for logistics and risk assessments.
● Develop, maintain and enhance information about college partnerships on the university website and in printed publications, drafting targeted marketing communications. ● Independently monitor partner student enrolment against targets, identifying trends and collaborating with key teams (College, Admissions, PSIM) to proactively resolve complex enrolment issues.

What skills do I need?
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
● Significant experience in managing and maintaining complex administrative systems within an educational or professional services environment.
● Proven experience in coordinating the delivery of professional events or conferences, including responsibility for logistics and stakeholder management.
● Substantial experience in managing sensitive data and maintaining accurate records, with a strong understanding of compliance and data protection principles.
● Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy.
● Proven ability to utilise modern digital tools and AI applications to automate administrative workflows and synthesise complex meeting outcomes.
● Desirable: Experience of working within a Higher Education or Associate College Partnership environment.
● Desirable: Current driving license and willingness to travel between partner college sites (where necessary).

About the location
Based at our Headington campus, you’ll experience the vibrant campus atmosphere and benefit from our modern office environment. The campus is one mile from the centre of Oxford and is served by regular public transport. This role will be hybrid and we expect there will be a 1-2 days on campus per week or based on business needs The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, typically requiring 1/2 days on campus each week, though this is subject to business needs.
