Our client, a global real estate services provider, is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Utilities & Infrastructure team in Cambridge. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive the delivery of land programmes on complex DCO projects across various sectors.
Position Overview
As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the further development of the Major Projects Team, focusing on delivering DCO-related services to clients across a variety of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* Drive land programme delivery throughout project lifecycles
* Act as subject matter expert on DCO land matters
* Lead writing and implementation of DCO land strategies
* Ensure effective client and stakeholder communications
* Collaborate with internal teams on DCO application documents
Requirements
* Chartered Surveyor qualification
* Experience on DCO projects, ideally in complex projects
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients
* Previous experience in similar roles
