Customer Services Advisor
Mayflower Washrooms- Woolwich
Full time 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team at Mayflower Washroom Solutions Woolwich. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will provide product and service information, resolve queries, and ensure every customer feels supported with accuracy and efficiency.
This role is central to our operations, supporting colleagues across sales, operations, and finance, while embodying our company vision of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
In return for your expertise, you will get-
1. A basic salary of £26,000 per annum
2. No weekend or evening working – Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

In return we are looking for people who are -
9. Handle inbound calls and build strong rapport with business customers
10. Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customers feel valued.
11. Liaise with internal stakeholders to proactively solve client queries
12. Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.
13. Manage client liaison, generate sales reports, and process sales orders.
14. Provide administrative support to sales, operations, and finance teams.
15. Address client queries on products, deliveries, and services.
16. Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and genuine care for customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have -
17. Previous experience working in a similar environment or helping customers on the phone while updating details on a computer
18. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
21. Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn new skills.
