Banbury
Omlet Ltd
Production manager
Posted: 16 February
Offer description

Omlet is looking for a confident and personable Creative Production Manager to join our Marketing team.

This exciting role will coordinate and support the creative studio, across graphics, animations and photo & videography shoots, from concept to completion. You'll create an environment that allows everyone to do their best work. Helping to manage the creative process, pushing for the highest quality of briefs, supporting the team with creative direction and making sure the creative studio runs smoothly.

A Little About Omlet

We're Omlet. Since 2004, we've set out to rethink every aspect of keeping and caring for animals.

Designers first, we ask so we can invent. From why house cats can't climb trees to why shouldn't chickens listen to music whilst laying an egg? Our curiosity creates understanding, helping us bring people and pets closer than ever before.

Our people are The Curious Collective. Every day we question and every day we collaborate to find the most meaningful answers. It's through this persistence that we create remarkable, ingenious products and experiences for our customers.

A global e-commerce business with a singular focus on D2C, we are hugely ambitious and motivated in building the number 1 premium brand in pets.

More about the role:

Creative Excellence

* Work with the Head of Brand Marketing and Ecomm team to maintain a high standard of briefs that are inspiring for the creative team and give clear direction, with room to do great work.
* Help manage studio resourcing and team capacity - you'll play a key role in how we deliver work at pace and scale – managing creative requests, refining briefs, planning resource, tracking progress and managing the approval process. Plus where necessary, source and manage freelancers - making sure they are fully set up with the files they need and are able to deliver to a high standard.
* You'll also be the guardian of the asset library, making sure people can easily navigate the approved assets and streamline the process of building campaigns.
* Hold pre-shoot meetings to brief the team, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels confident and excited about the shoot.
* Set and maintain high creative standards across all shoots, offering reference materials and creative feedback.

Production & Coordination

* Research locations, source talent (human and animal), and handle all the logistics; travel, accommodation, catering, equipment, products, costumes.
* Schedule shoots and share all the essential info: call sheets, shot list, asset usage, and timings with internal teams.
* Order and set up products for shoots; act as runner on shoot days to troubleshoot and keep things moving smoothly.
* Manage post-shoot admin: process invoices, collect and return equipment, and keep the studio organised for next time.

Content & Studio Management

* Oversee studio shoots including product walkthroughs, "How to Build" videos, and behind-the-scenes content for other channels.
* Photograph products in the studio, reviewing and editing images using Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Archive, organise, and manage our photo and video database; be the go-to for any image requests/sizing edits.
* Keep the studio and storage space tidy, efficient, and ready for action.

Successful candidate requirements:

* 3+ years coordinating photo and/or video shoots (production assistant, studio coordinator, or junior producer role).
* Strong production logistics experience including scheduling, call sheets, run-of-show, travel, accommodation, catering, couriers, and on-the-day runner support.
* Exceptional organisation and attention to detail; experience managing a creative studio and able to juggle multiple deadlines and ever-changing priorities.
* Calm, proactive problem-solver who thrives on set and in fast-paced environments.
* Flexibility to travel and work occasional early/late hours or weekends as shoots require.
* Full UK driving licence preferred; comfortable lifting and moving equipment and standing for extended periods.
* Passion for pets
