Our client, a leading digital health consultancy, is seeking a confident and capable delivery professional to manage the end-to-end implementation of LIMS and related pathology IT systems across NHS Trusts and laboratory networks.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
* Proven delivery experience of LIMS or equivalent pathology systems into NHS settings
* Strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory workflows, including specimen tracking, results reporting, and diagnostics integration
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-stakes, regulated environment
* Expertise in NHS project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence across pathology labs, clinical teams, and executive stakeholders
🎯 What You’ll Do:
* Manage the implementation and rollout of pathology software solutions across NHS sites and networks
* Lead stakeholder workshops to capture business and clinical requirements and translate them into delivery plans
* Oversee system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and data migration activities
* Support change management and adoption strategies within pathology services
* Ensure delivery aligns with NHS standards, IG protocols, and clinical safety regulations
