What you’ll do
As a Key Worker Glasgow Code Learning you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Glasgow Code Learning Project Officer. You will provide 1-to-1 and group mentoring support to eligible clients, removing barriers to progression and ensuring that customers can access the right services and at the right time. This position requires a high level of partnership working and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude is essential.

* Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
* An understanding of the issues facing vulnerable adults.
* Ability to engage with a range of different audiences including health, employability projects and employers.
* Working knowledge of barriers to employment and employability support available.
* Ability to build and develop positive and productive relationships with clients and partner organisations.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage client caseload.
* Ability to record customer journeys on reporting system.
