To manage and develop capital project proposals and operations aligned with the bank's needs.
Accountabilities
* Management, development, and execution of building, real estate, and physical asset security projects, including workspace, engineering, and facility upgrades.
* Managing planning, design, procurement, resourcing, reporting, and construction processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Identifying risks and issues related to capital projects and developing risk mitigation strategies.
* Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying savings.
* Managing stakeholder relations to align project operations with bank objectives.
* Improving project delivery processes and implementing best practices.
* Executing projects that meet quality standards and comply with laws and policies.
